Notes on accommodation
The studio is accessed by a spiral staircase from apartment 2 when
rented together. otherwise the studio is accessed from the car park
down about 25 large stairs and along a little path with a gate into
the garden. Due to stairs therefore not suitable for elderly. Cot,
highchair, pushchair, buggy available.

Outside
The studio is accessed directly from a private level garden. The garden is for
shared use with guests in apartment 2 with permitted access for
guest of apartment 2 going to the swimming pool. Loungers and chairs provided.Very
near to swimming pools and gardens. One large pool and a shallow children's
pool.
Note. when booking the studio and apartment 2 together the garden
becomes private use.
